Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee — one-time passes, nothing renews

Last updated: August 5, 2026

Summary

If a Month Pass or Year Pass does not work for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why. A Day Pass is consumed on the day you buy it, so it has a shorter window — see below.

RockDesk passes are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Nothing renews and nothing recurs, so you will never need a refund for a charge you did not expect.

Who handles refunds

Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are issued by Paddle back to the original payment method. You can raise a request either with us at [email protected] or directly with Paddle at paddle.net — both reach the same place.

7-day money-back guarantee

A Month Pass or Year Pass is fully refundable for 7 days from the date of purchase, for any reason. We ask for feedback so we can fix the problem, but it is not a condition of the refund. When a pass is refunded, the days it added are removed from your licence balance.

Day Pass

A Day Pass is one day of access for USD $1 and is consumed immediately. We refund it if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase and the service was unusable for you.

Unused days

Days you have already bought do not expire early and are not lost if you stop using RockDesk for a while. After the 7-day window we do not buy back unused days, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.

When we may decline a refund

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or open a request at paddle.net.
  2. Include your order or receipt number from the Paddle email.
  3. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are submitted to Paddle immediately; the funds typically reach your card or account within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback locks the funds and takes far longer to resolve than an ordinary refund, and the associated account is suspended while the dispute is open. In almost every case a direct request is faster.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live — including, in the EU and UK, the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Where those rights are more generous than this policy, they apply.
